Resource person: Mr Raghunandan Shrotriya, expert in vermicomposting Details: The school has made arrangements for a talk on vermicomposting in the sprawling school garden two months ago. The school got a prefabricated crate installed in the garden for vermicomposting. The resource person demonstrated the setting up of vermicomposting by adding free coconut shells, dry twigs, cardboard pieces, earthworm culture , soul and vegetable waste. Sprinkling of water is mandatory, he reiterated. Almost firty students and many teachers watched the live demonstration as the school gardeners actively participated.
